Articulation Support
We help children accurately produce speech sounds that may be distorted, substituted, or omitted. Therapy focuses on improving clarity so that children are better understood in everyday conversation. We use structured, play-based and evidence-based approaches to strengthen sound production at the word, sentence, and conversation level.

Auditory Processing Disorders
We support children who have difficulty processing and interpreting what they hear, even when hearing ability is normal. Therapy targets skills such as listening in background noise, following multi-step directions, sound discrimination, and auditory memory, which are essential for classroom learning and communication success.

Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC)
We evaluate and implement communication systems for children who are nonverbal or minimally verbal. This may include picture-based systems, communication boards, or speech-generating devices. Therapy focuses on teaching functional communication so children can express needs, ideas, and emotions effectively across settings.

Autism Spectrum Disorders
Services focus on building meaningful communication, social engagement, and flexible play skills. We support language development, emotional regulation, joint attention, and peer interaction while also addressing sensory and behavioral needs that may impact communication.

Childhood Apraxia of Speech
We provide intensive, individualized motor planning therapy for children who have difficulty coordinating the movements needed for speech. Treatment emphasizes repetition, rhythm, and structured practice to improve consistency, accuracy, and speech intelligibility over time.

Cleft Lip & Palate
We address speech sound production, resonance differences (such as hypernasality), and feeding or swallowing concerns related to cleft conditions. Care is often coordinated with surgeons, ENTs, and orthodontists to support optimal speech and oral function outcomes.

Feeding Disorders
We help children who struggle with eating, including limited food variety, oral-motor difficulties, sensory aversions, or difficulty transitioning to age-appropriate textures. Therapy focuses on building safe, positive mealtime experiences while improving oral strength and feeding skills.

Fluency & Stuttering
We support children who experience disruptions in the flow of speech, such as repetitions, prolongations, or blocks. Therapy addresses both speech strategies and emotional confidence, helping children communicate more comfortably in social and academic settings.

Joint Attention
We develop foundational communication skills that involve sharing focus with another person, such as looking, pointing, and responding to social cues. These skills are critical for early language development, learning, and building relationships.

Motor Speech Disorders
We treat difficulties involving the planning, coordination, or execution of speech movements. Therapy focuses on improving breath support, oral motor control, sequencing, and precision to support clearer and more consistent speech production.

Oral Myofunctional Disorders
We address improper patterns of tongue, lip, and jaw posture and movement that can affect speech, swallowing, and dental development. Therapy includes targeted exercises to improve resting posture, muscle tone, and functional oral habits.

Phonological Processing (Phonology)
We work on speech sound patterns rather than individual sounds, helping children understand how sounds are organized and used in language. This improves overall speech clarity and supports more efficient communication development.

Social Pragmatic Language Disorders
We help children develop the ability to use language appropriately in social situations. This includes conversation skills, turn-taking, understanding nonverbal cues, interpreting emotions, and adjusting communication based on context and listener.

Swallowing Disorders
We evaluate and treat difficulties with safely moving food or liquid from the mouth to the stomach. Therapy focuses on improving coordination, strength, and timing of swallowing to reduce risk and support adequate nutrition and hydration.

Tongue Thrust
We address forward tongue positioning during rest, speech, and swallowing, which can impact articulation and dental alignment. Therapy focuses on retraining correct tongue placement and developing consistent oral rest and swallowing patterns.
